Circuit Series offers a solution to appeal to your traditional and non-traditional facility users with a range of applications:
- Circuit Series enables membership-based facilities to attract and retain non-traditional fitness facility users. Applications might include an entry-level circuit on the main fitness floor, group exercise classes or a segregated area for women only or new users. The ease of use of the Circuit Series products will be particularly appealing to older adults and youth.
- Circuit Series can also help attract and retain more traditional fitness facility users by providing a time-efficient, effective workout. The Life Fitness Transition Exercise Workout System gives instructors the ability to pair Circuit Series machines with transition exercises and to create custom workouts. The Transition Exercise Workout System is comprised of four different Transition Exercise Kits. Each kit contains ten instructional exercise placards, which are grouped together to help participants achieve a particular fitness goal.
